Job Description

Residential Sales Executive




Preferred Candidates: Candidates residing in Vangani, Badlapur, Ambernath, Ulhasnagar, Vital-wadi, Kalyan, Dombivli, or nearby areas.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Commission

Job Location : Badlapur & Kalyan


Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads.
  • Sell residential properties
  • Conduct site visits and project presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
  • Negotiate and close sales.
  • Build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
  • Possess knowledge of carpet area, stamp duty, registration process, and basic real estate documentation.

Requirements

  • Male candidate.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication, sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship and lead management skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM is preferred.
