Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Telecaller to join our team. The Sales Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to generate sales leads and close deals over the phone. The ideal candidate should be persuasive, enthusiastic, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products/services and generate sales leads.

- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling, warm leads, and follow-up calls.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and track sales activities in our CRM system.

- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch products/services and overcome objections.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and goals.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales performance and customer satisfaction.

- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.

- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all customer interactions.

•Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Sales

- Telecaller or similar role in a -

- sales-driven environment.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Prior experience in Real estate industry
