Job Description
Recruitment Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Make outbound calls to candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview confirmations and joining status.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding hiring requirements.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Follow the manager's instructions and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Manage the manager's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and organize important documents.
- Coordinate with internal staff and external clients when required.
- Draft emails, letters, and other business correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Assist in day-to-day office administration.
