Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee service operations during shifts.
  • Train and guide captains and service staff.
  • Ensure adherence to restaurant service standards.
  • Manage customer relations and handle complaints professionally.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Train and monitor stewards in food and beverage service.
  • Ensure timely and efficient table service.
  • Address guest needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
