Job Description

oversees the establishment’s daily operations, staff performance, and financial success

Operations: Manage day-to-day front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) activities to ensure smooth, efficient service.

Financial Management: Control costs, reduce waste, set pricing, and analyze financial reports to meet revenue targets.

Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor employees to maintain high morale and a positive work culture.
