Showroom Manager cum Sales Executive (Female)

Dazzle N Grace is a premium women’s fashion boutique known for its elegant collection of ethnic wear, western wear, handbags, jewellery, and fashion accessories. We are looking for a passionate, confident, and customer-oriented Female Showroom Manager cum Sales Executive to independently manage our showroom and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Welcome customers and provide personalized styling and product recommendations.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly business targets.
- Handle billing, inventory, stock management, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain showroom presentation and ensure high standards of cleanliness and display.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
Candidate Profile
- Female candidates only
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail or showroom sales.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of handling the showroom independently.
- Basic knowledge of POS billing systems and computer operations.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹20,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience and calibre)
