*Salary Packag* e- 25,400 in hand+ 4000-6000 for petrol every month, 5000-6000 Incentives per month.

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Omni Sales Executive to manage both in-store and field sales activities. The role involves delivering excellent customer service at the store while also driving business growth through field visits, customer outreach, and order generation.

*Key Responsibilities* :

*Store Responsibilities* (70%):

Assist walk-in customers with product selection (eyeglasses, sunglasses, lenses).

Provide accurate product information and recommend suitable options.

Ensure excellent customer service and enhance in-store experience.

Handle billing, POS operations, and daily store activities.

Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and stock organization.

Achieve individual and store sales targets.

*Field Responsibilities* (30%):

Visit nearby locations to customers.

Conduct customer outreach and build local customer relationships.

Coordinate for eye check-up camps and promotional activities.

Handle home delivery coordination and customer follow-ups.

Generate business through corporate or local tie-ups.
