Job Description
We are looking for sales manager in Real Estate.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the real estate sales team
- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Generate leads through marketing campaigns, brokers, and networking
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
- Maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and investors
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing
- Negotiate deals and close sales agreements
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
- Train and motivate sales executives
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams for smooth transactions
