Job Description

We are looking for sales manager in Real Estate.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the real estate sales team
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets
  • Generate leads through marketing campaigns, brokers, and networking
  • Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients
  • Maintain relationships with customers, channel partners, and investors
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and property pricing
  • Negotiate deals and close sales agreements
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
  • Train and motivate sales executives
  • Coordinate with marketing, legal, and finance teams for smooth transactions
