Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Exhibition & Client Relationship Executive to manage exhibition participation and maintain strong client relationships. The role involves coordinating event activities, handling client interactions, and ensuring a smooth brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate exhibitions, trade shows, and events
• Manage stall setup, logistics, and vendor coordination
• Interact with clients during exhibitions and generate leads
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Handle client queries, follow-ups, and post-event engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
• Maintain client database and update CRM regularly

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in exhibitions, sales, or client handling preferred
• Ability to travel for events
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
