Inside Sales Executive – Growtify Hub (Remote)

Growtify Hub is hiring high-performance Inside Sales Executives who can generate and close business through structured cold calling. This is a target-driven role focused on outbound sales, where you will connect with business owners, understand their needs, and convert them into paying clients for our digital growth services.

If you are someone who can handle rejection, maintain daily calling discipline, and consistently close deals, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume cold calls daily to generate interest and book assessments
• Explain Growtify Hub’s services clearly and create demand during the first interaction
• Book a minimum of 5 qualified assessments per day through self-generated efforts
• Conduct follow-ups and convert prospects into paying customers
• Own the full sales cycle from first call to closure
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (minimum 10 closures)
• Maintain accurate daily reporting of calls, follow-ups, and closures

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 year of experience in tele-calling / inside sales / cold calling (mandatory)
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
• Self-discipline to work remotely with consistent output

Mandatory: Personal smartphone, laptop, and reliable high-speed internet for daily calling and reporting
