• Ensure all entry/exit points are monitored and controlled
• Supervision of Security StaffManage and guide security guards and supervisors
• Assign duties, shifts, and patrol schedules
• Ensure discipline and proper conduct
• Access ControlVerify IDs, visitor logs, and vehicle entries
• Prevent unauthorized access
• Surveillance & MonitoringMonitor CCTV systems and alarm systems
• Identify suspicious activities and respond quickly
• Incident HandlingRespond to emergencies (theft, fire, accidents, disturbances)
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• PatrollingConduct regular patrols of the assigned area
• Check for safety hazards or security breaches
• CoordinationWork with local law enforcement, fire departments, or internal management
• Assist during inspections or audits
• ReportingMaintain daily logs and incident reports
