Job Summary

Pacific IIT & Medical is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive who can develop engaging digital content for student outreach, brand awareness, and educational marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and student engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Branding

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including reels, videos, posters, stories, and promotional campaigns
• Develop education-focused content related to JEE, NEET, Foundation programs, student achievements, and success stories
• Visit different branches/centers for content creation, student interactions, and promotional shoots
• Manage and handle social media platforms to ensure regular posting and audience engagement
• Coordinate with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand communication and visual identity

Student Engagement & Promotion

• Plan and execute creative campaigns for seminars, workshops, admission drives, and student activities
• Support digital marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance student outreach and brand visibility
• Capture event highlights, testimonials, and student activities for social media promotion
• Stay updated with social media trends, reels, and content ideas to improve engagement

Coordination & Operations

• Collaborate with counselling, academic, and marketing teams for content planning and campaign execution
• Assist in event coverage, photography, videography, and video shoots when required
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns
• Track social media performance and prepare basic engagement/activity reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or any relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Basic knowledge of photo/video editing, reels editing, Canva, and content designing tools
• Knowledge of editing tools/software such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Filmora, InShot, or similar platforms will be preferred
• Creative mindset with strong communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel and visit different branches for content shoots and activities
• Passion for education, student engagement, and digital branding
