We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Professional to manage social media, WhatsApp marketing, content creation, and digital brand growth for a renowned North Indian restaurant brand.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWhatsApp MarketingPlan and execute broadcast campaigns and promotional messages using WhatsApp.
• Build and manage customer database and segmented lists.
• Convert WhatsApp engagement into restaurant sales and footfall.
• Social Media ManagementManage and grow restaurant presence on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create engaging reels, posts, and promotional content.
• Monitor engagement, respond to messages, and maintain brand image.
• Content Creation & DesignCreate marketing creatives, posters, and promotional content using Canva.
• Design offer banners, festival promotions, and event creatives.
• Photography & Visual ContentCapture high-quality food photography and short promotional videos for social media.
• Understand food styling and presentation to make dishes visually appealing.
• Produce reels and visual storytelling content to increase engagement.
• Digital Marketing StrategyPlan creative marketing campaigns and promotional ideas to increase brand visibility.
• Run targeted promotions and marketing campaigns to increase customer reach and sales.
• Sales-Oriented MarketingDevelop innovative marketing concepts to attract customers.
• Promote signature dishes, events, and special offers.
• Performance TrackingAnalyze campaign results and engagement metrics.
• Continuously improve strategies for better reach and conversions.
• Candidate RequirementsExperience in WhatsApp marketing and social media marketing.
• Strong working knowledge of Canva for creative design.
