About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, branding, and audience engagement, preferably with experience in the SOCIAL MEDIA

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Create and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
• Develop engaging Reels, posts, stories, carousels, videos, and promotional creatives.
• Write compelling captions, headlines, and content for real estate marketing.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos and Reels.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to promote real estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio, hashtags, and content formats.
• Manage daily posting and ensure consistency in brand communication.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, and growth.
• Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, brand awareness, and qualified leads.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members when required.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
• Experience in DIGITAL Marketing will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual presentation.
• Ability to understand social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
