Job Description
Student Coordinator cum Admission Counselor
🏢 Company: New Help Line
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle student and parent enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
- Understand academic requirements and guide students to suitable tuition programs.
- Counsel students and parents regarding admissions and services.
- Coordinate with teachers to arrange call conferences, demo sessions, and final placements.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into admissions.
- Maintain student records, admission documents, and daily reports.
- Ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
Requirements:
- Graduate (Freshers may apply).
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & Internet).
- Strong communication, counseling, coordination, and organizational skills.
📍 Location: Borivali, Mumbai
💰 Salary: Fixed Salary + Weekly Cash Incentives
