About the Role

Zahairaa Jewellery operates as a private, appointment-led high end outlet, offering bespoke Polki and diamond jewellery to a discerning clientele.

This role goes beyond traditional retail sales. It requires someone who can combine aesthetic sensibility with consultative selling, guiding clients through a highly personalized jewellery journey — from understanding their story and preferences to shaping the final piece.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Experience

• Lead one-on-one client consultations in an intimate, appointment-driven setting
• Understand client needs, occasions, budgets, and personal style through meaningful conversations
• Create a warm, refined, and comfortable boutique experience aligned with the brand

Styling & Bespoke Advisory

• Act as a jewellery stylist — guiding clients on designs, combinations, and overall look
• Translate client preferences into design directions for bespoke pieces
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the final output aligns with client expectations

Sales & Conversion

• Drive high-value conversions through a consultative, non-pushy approach
• Confidently present and position pieces based on client sensibilities
• Identify opportunities for thoughtful upselling and value enhancement

Relationship Management

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships
• Drive repeat business and referrals through trust and personalized engagement

Boutique Experience Management

• Ensure the boutique environment is always client-ready and reflective of a luxury experience
• Maintain discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail at all times

Candidate Profile (Who We’re Looking For)

We are open to both freshers and experienced professionals, provided the individual demonstrates strong potential in client interaction, communication, and aesthetic sensibility.

• Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and articulate (English mandatory; Hindi is a plus)
• Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of style, design, and client preferences
• Confident, composed, and personable with a natural ability to build rapport
• Skilled in consultative selling and upselling
• Confidence in engaging with new people and holding conversations
• Ability to understand client needs, preferences, and budgets through conversation
