Technical Product Consultant (CAD & 3D Design Solutions)

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Executive (CAD & 3D Design Solutions) who is passionate about CAD software, 3D modelling, and design technology. The role involves interacting with Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Manufacturing companies, Fabricators, and Design Consultants to demonstrate industry-leading software solutions including SketchUp, ZWCAD, V-Ray, Enscape, and other Chaos products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC), Interior Design, and Manufacturing companies.
• Deliver engaging software demonstrations for SketchUp, ZWCAD, and Chaos products.
• Understand customer workflows and recommend suitable CAD and 3D design solutions.
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities through customer meetings, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Schedule and conduct On-Site, Online product demonstrations via Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, or Zoom.
• Build long-term relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Civil Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Consultants, Fabricators, Contractors, Builders, and Manufacturing professionals.
• Plan weekly customer visits and maintain an organized meeting schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, demonstrations, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, licensing, software deployment, and technical support.
• Stay updated with industry trends, CAD technologies, BIM workflows, and software enhancements.
• Represent the company professionally during seminars, exhibitions, customer events, and training sessions.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of CAD, 2D drafting, or 3D modelling concepts.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Comfortable conducting software demonstrations.
• Basic understanding of Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Manufacturing workflows.
• Good planning, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits. (Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an added advantage for field visits.)
