Job Type: Full-Time
Salary
: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (depending on experience & incentives)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Coordinate with sales/support team when required
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic English preferred
- Freshers can apply
- Female candidates preferred in some openings
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Basic computer knowledge
