Job Description
Tele callCompany: PAPASBRANDS INDIA PVT LTD
Brand: GruhPravesh (Ready-to-Move Homes)
Role: Female Telecalling Executive
Location: Work from Home (Remote)
Payout Structure
Base Payout: Fixed daily rate for the first 1 hour of calling per day.
Extra Calling Payout: ₹1 per minute for any calling time beyond the first hour.
Site Visit Incentive: ₹500 for every successfully scheduled and completed site visit.
Closure Bonus: ₹5,000 for every closed property deal.
Our Strict Core Condition
Availability: You must be active and available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Response Time: Leads will be pushed to you throughout the day. You must call the lead within 5 minutes of receiving it. Speedy response is non-negotiable.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Call fresh, verified leads immediately (within 5 minutes) to understand their homebuying requirements.
Introduce GruhPravesh's risk-free, Ready-to-Move-In (RTM) residential projects.
Pitch the benefits of immediate possession and coordinate with the senior team to book site visits.
Must possess excellent verbal communication skills, a professional telephone manner, a reliable smartphone, and a quiet home working environment.ing experience needed
