Job Description

  1. Make outbound calls to existing and prospective channel partners.
  2. Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
  3. Explain company products, services, and partner programs.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  5. Follow up on inquiries, registrations, and pending documentation.
  6. Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the business development team.
  7. Maintain accurate records of calls, partner interactions, and lead status in the CRM.
  8. Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure timely support for partners.
  9. Resolve basic partner queries and escalate complex issues when required.
  10. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  11. Share regular reports on call outcomes, lead conversions, and partner feedback.
  12. Keep partners informed about new products, offers, promotions, and policy updates.
