Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 

1. Assist in the end-to-end planning of program-related events such as college-based campaigns, awareness sessions, fundraising drives, and community outreach
2. Liaise with school authorities, community centers, or partner organizations for collaborative events or awareness programs.
3. Research and identify potential donors, CSR partners, and grant opportunities relevant to mental health, education, and youth development. Data will also be provided.
4. Support in drafting donor communication, including thank-you emails, newsletters, and progress updates.
5. Maintain and update a fundraising database with donor contacts, outreach status, and donation records.
6. Help in organizing fundraising events (e.g., charity runs, donation drives, online campaigns) to mobilize support for Energetix.
7. Attend weekly review meetings at the office to present progress, learn from the team, and receive feedback.
