Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telesales Executive to join our team at Truemeds. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, explaining products/services, and helping them place orders while achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products, offers, and services to customers.
• Assist customers in placing orders through phone support.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and customer details.
• Follow up with customers for order confirmation and repeat purchases.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Resolve basic customer queries and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to convince and handle customers over phone.
• Comfortable with sales targets and calling environment.
• Prior telesales or telecalling experience is a plus.
