Job Description
We are looking for a persuasive and result-driven Telesales Executive to generate leads through calls, engage housing society members, and fix qualified appointments for our redevelopment advisory team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to housing societies & leads
- Speak with committee members (Chairman, Secretary, Members)
- Explain Advance PMC’s redevelopment advisory services
- Fix appointments/webinar registrations
- Maintain lead data and regular follow-ups
- Convert inquiries into qualified meetings
- Skills RequiredStrong communication & convincing skills (English/Hindi)
- Confidence in cold calling & objection handling
- Basic understanding of real estate/redevelopment (preferred)
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude
