Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle and follow up on inbound leads from social media campaigns (Become a POSP)
- Explain the POSP opportunity, income potential, and benefits of joining BimaKart
- Convert interested leads into active POSP partners
- Guide partners through the onboarding and registration process
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Handover partners to the Relationship Management team post onboarding
- Key RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling / sales / lead conversion
- Strong communication in Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus)
- Ability to handle objections and close leads
- Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred)
- Comfortable with CRM / lead management systems
