Job Type: Full-time
Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications and be able to turn complex requirements into seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
Design clean, modern, and responsive interfaces for mobile app & web
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
Ensure design consistency through style guides and design systems
Stay updated with new UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Work within deadlines and deliver designs with attention to detail
Required Skills
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Knowledge of graphic tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is a plus)
Understanding of UX principles, wireframing & prototyping
Experience in responsive and mobile-first design
Ability to create clean visual layouts and UI components
Good communication and teamwork skills
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS (added advantage, not mandatory)
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Design/IT/Multimedia or relevant discipline (preferred)
Portfolio of previous UI/UX or product design work is mandatory
