Job Purpose

Responsible for fulfilment activities of online sales. Individual will work closely with Vendor Partner, VIL store team, technology and marketing team to support smooth and efficient operations.

Implementation of initiatives that enhance the overall experience, improve operational efficiency, and increase engagement for the Postpaid function. Engaging with all relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely and first-time right delivery of the digital projects

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities

• Manage order fulfilment by driving fulfilment vendors, planning manpower and VIL stores network.

• Leveraged Data Analytics - using Datalake, SQL, and Advanced Excel- to improve gross contribution, reduce churn, and drive overall RGA Growth. (KPI)

• Proactively identify operational problem areas, suggest solution and resolve issues.

• Closely work with various technical teams for new development and resolving technical problem areas related to digital acquistion.

• Interact routinely with partners, vendors, store team to drive delivery conversion target and other logistics SOP.

• Resolve rider/vendor/customer issues on day to day basis and drive new initiatives for performance/as per the organization expectations.

• Have commercial awareness and monitor operational cost.

• Stay upto date with emerging digital trends, tools and technologies.

• Lead and coordinate digital projects across multiple departments 

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable digital roadmaps and execution plan

• Ensure alignment between business priorities and digital solutions

• Define KPIs and success metrics for digital initiatives.

• Monitor performance and provide regular update to leadership.

• Ensure documentation, best practice and governance frameworks are followed

• Support change management and user adoption efforts.
