Title: Senior Analyst, Accounting & Reporting
Brief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose :
Owning the full spectrum of financial integrity by reconciling accounts, managing US GAAP compliance, and maintaining rigorous SOX controls to ensure high-accuracy reporting.
Executing critical operational workflows, including intercompany transactions, netting processes, and rule-based journal entries to drive seamless day-to-day accounting.
Directing the end-to-end month-end closing process, ensuring all activities are performed per SOPs while championing continuous improvement initiatives.
Partnering with local business directors to present monthly financial decks and quarterly financial reporting and annual 10K submissions, providing the insights needed to influence strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Reconcile Balance Sheet Accounts, Bank accounts and follow up on open items
Ensure that all the accounting is in compliance with the US GAAPs
Ensure the effective controls are maintained to achieve high accuracy as per the internal company guidelines
Execute intercompany transactions
Perform cash application and Netting process for ICO customers/ICO Vendors
Ensure accurate working and posting of Rule based journal entries
Perform the entire range of activities pertaining to closing books of accounts in close co-ordination with local team/business
Review and timely resolution of all audit queries
Engage with local teams to stay aligned on all the processes, resolve issues on timely basis
Undertake assessment cycles for seamless movement from FI to PA module at month end
Perform all accounting activities as per the defined SOPs
Review the SOP periodically and recommend necessary changes as and when needed in consultation with relevant stake holders
Perform all the compliances as per SOX guidelines
Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives
Ensure prompt response to queries of local business

Required Qualifications :
Working knowledge of US GAAP
Monthly Financials report (Pre close Deck) preparation & presentation to the business Finance Director
Reporting quarterly CFN submissions, 10K forms & other annual submissions
Performing monthly GL analysis and review
Working knowledge of ERP system is a must
SAP experience desired
Working knowledge of MS Office
Preferred Qualifications :
Graduate / MBA with finance background
5-7 years of experience in R2R
Working knowledge of US GAAP
Stakeholder engagement
Reporting quarterly CFN submissions, 10K forms & other annual submissions
SAP experience desired
Working knowledge of MS Office/ Google suite
