Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Monitor system alerts and logs to proactively identify potential problems before they impact business operations.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk Administration.
- Experience in configuring and managing Splunk environments to support enterprise-level applications.
- Ability to analyze and interpret log data to identify root causes of system issues.
- Familiarity with creating dashboards, reports, and alerts within Splunk to enhance system monitoring.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex software and system problems.
- Knowledge of integrating Splunk with various data sources and third-party tools to optimize data collection and analysis.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Splunk Administration.
