Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining business-critical applications.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse teams.
- Familiarity with data visualization principles and dashboard creation.
- Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.
