You ensure data readiness for onboarding, oversee quality frameworks, and manage end-to-end reconciliation between CRDP and Kurtosys. • Mitigate issues through structured triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
  • Build a network of SMEs to serve as data stewards with clear ownership and escalation paths.
  • Lead and develop team members to foster high performance and cross-functional collaboration.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Influence senior stakeholders with clear communication and strong relationship management.
  • Apply rigorous analytical and organizational skills to drive structured execution.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multi-team programs.
  • Ensure data control discipline across definitions, transformations, and reconciliation outcomes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold an MBA in Finance or a CFA.
  • Leverage hands-on experience with Kurtosys or similar reporting platforms.
  • Apply practical experience with metadata management and data lineage tooling.
  • Implement data quality monitoring and exception management operating models.
  • Partner effectively with technology teams on data pipelines and transformation logic.
  • Operate confidently in regulated environments requiring audit-ready reporting and controls.
