Job Specifications:
Qualifications: Qualified CA
Experience: 3-5 years or above of work experience in income-tax and regulatory (FEMA, Banking / NBFC Regulation, Insurance, ARCs, etc.) matters.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Execute and supervise the day-to-day tax and regulatory compliance and advisory assignments.
• Accountable for the timely delivery of high-quality engagements
• Assistance in preparation/review of income-tax submissions/compilations for assessment/appellate matters and representation before the income-tax authorities
• Accountable for adherence with internal risk management of the firm.
• Build positive client relationships and demonstrate understanding of the client’s requirements and business
• Be up-to-date on developments in income-tax and regulatory space – FEMA, NBFC, Insurance Regulations, etc.
• Assist senior members of team on prospective client pursuits
• Supervise effectively junior team members and take responsibility for reviewing their work
• Play a significant role in knowledge sharing.
Skills
• Good Communication / presentation skills
• Possess good analytical skills and the ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge in income-tax and working knowledge in FEMA, Banking/NBFC Regulations, Insurance, ARCs, etc.
• Delivery of multiple engagements with quality standards and as per the agreed timelines
• Good people and client management skills
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization.
