Overview:

We are seeking an Associate Engagement Manager to support and drive delivery across Data & Analytics engagements — particularly in data migration and cloud modernization projects. The role demands a strong blend of project ownership, stakeholder management, and an understanding of modern data and cloud ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end delivery of data migration and analytics programs across GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Work closely with Engagement Managers and technical leads to ensure smooth project execution and delivery excellence.

• Partner with clients to track progress, address blockers, and ensure project milestones are met.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on planning, tracking, and reporting.

• Contribute to project governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–9 years of experience in managing or supporting Data & Analytics engagements.

• Exposure to data migration, ETL modernization, or data platform transformation projects.

• Understanding of cloud environments – GCP, AWS, or Azure.

• Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.

• Experience working in a client-facing role within data-driven or consulting environments.
