Overview:
We are seeking an Associate Engagement Manager to support and drive delivery across Data & Analytics engagements — particularly in data migration and cloud modernization projects. The role demands a strong blend of project ownership, stakeholder management, and an understanding of modern data and cloud ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end delivery of data migration and analytics programs across GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Work closely with Engagement Managers and technical leads to ensure smooth project execution and delivery excellence.
Partner with clients to track progress, address blockers, and ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on planning, tracking, and reporting.
Contribute to project governance, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Experience:
6–9 years of experience in managing or supporting Data & Analytics engagements.
Exposure to data migration, ETL modernization, or data platform transformation projects.
Understanding of cloud environments – GCP, AWS, or Azure.
Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
Experience working in a client-facing role within data-driven or consulting environments.
