B. Co-ordination with internal teams and user call handling

C. Analysis and resolution of recurring issues 

D. System Improvements: Automation / program changes

E. Managing training needs of end users

F. Providing reports: SSRS ,  Power Bi Dashboards

G. Project Management

H. End User Interactions and hand holding

I. Incident Handling and resolution

J. Implementation of IT projects / Roll out to Business

Required Skillset:

1. Knowledge of ERP LN 

2.Understanding of overall business cycle

3. Project Management

4. Integration between ERP LN, PLM and other ECOM applications
