Key Objective of the Job

Business Analyst for IT Project Delivery.

Major Deliverables:

• Manage existing and new IT Projects.
• Manage end to end project life cycles, user handholding and post live support
• Technical expertise in API
• Experience facilitating the development and documentation of use cases
• Coordinating for User Acceptance Testing and closure of defects
• Responsible for resolution of queries from users from time to time
• Work closely with the development partners
• Should have Lending Domain knowledge (Origination, Servicing, Collections)

Specialized job competencies:

Analysis & Communication Techniques

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate: BE / BTech/MCA, Preferably: MBA

Desired Experience:

• 7+yrs experience in Lending Industry (In any bank/NBFC/HFC/Product company) as a Business Analyst/Project Manager
• Experience in working with APIs
• Experience in software development lifecycle (analysis, development, testing, and documentation)
• Must be adept in managing vendors development team.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to a business environment with fast changing requirements and priorities

Other desired attributes:                

• Should possess strong oral and written communication skills
• Good in developing wireframes using any tools of his/her comfort. Able to articulate requirements in a pictorial notation.
• Should possess API understanding.
