About you and this role

Dow has an exciting opportunity for a Client Metrics Associate Information Technology Analyst located in Navi Mumbai India. This position is in the “Scale & Deliver” Organization with the role aligning to the Client Facing Tower with primary expertise in Client Metrics.

The Client Metrics Associate Information Technology Analyst is responsible for building and presenting meaningful data insights by shaping how data is structured, modeled, and communicated. Using data analysis and reporting tools, this role supports programs and projects by providing transparency into progress toward objectives through clear, consumable dashboards and views. While this role does not own data sources or content creation, it is accountable for ensuring data is presented clearly, accurately, and in a way that meets stakeholder needs.

The role identifies data gaps, understands how underlying data structures influence insights, and works with delivery and technical teams to address data presentation challenges. Success in this role requires strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and the ability to translate complex data landscapes into actionable, business‑relevant views, including facilitating discussions to review and align on insights.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to shape and support a centralized reporting portal that improves access, usability, and consumption of client metrics, including mobile‑friendly views.
  • Define and shape new metrics and views, in partnership with delivery and technical teams, to improve transparency and support stakeholder decision‑making
  • Deliver end‑to‑end reporting views across the project lifecycle that provide clear, timely transparency into progress, readiness, and key milestones
  • Coordinate and present reporting related to end users involved in testing, training, and security profile changes to support readiness and change activities
  • Develop and maintain client metric reports using MET, currently primarily Power BI, based on project and stakeholder requirements
  • Understand key organizational and business stakeholder needs and deliver metrics and insights that tell a clear, meaningful story to support those needs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any degree discipline in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technical field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Power BI development or similar tool experience.
  • Data analysis experience.
  • Experience in system design, implementation and support.
  • Software engineering or programming experience
  • Project management knowledge is beneficial.
  • DevOps experience.

  • Power BI development.
  • Project analysis and stakeholder requirements gathering.
  • Data storytelling and metrics reporting.
  • Ability to understand and follow documented procedures.
  • Aptitude to apply standard processes to ad hoc troubleshooting scenarios.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience using SAP.
  • ServiceNow fulfillment experience and familiarity with ITIL practices, including incident, change, or release management.
