Deliver accurate global tax operations by reconciling, reporting, and processing tax payments across diverse markets.
Job Summary
As a Tax Operations Analyst within Global Tax Operations, you support clients in filing claims and ensure regulatory reporting and payment services are executed efficiently across multiple markets. You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reconcile income and taxes, maintain documentation, and manage regulatory obligations. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing market requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Reconcile income and tax to request agent vouchers and ad hoc documents.
- Capture client requests and deliver required documents on time.
- Perform tax reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements, focusing on accuracy and timeliness.
- Understand market changes and assess impacts on internal processes.
- Manage and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams and locations.
- Analyze, support, and resolve outstanding queries for clients and representatives.
- Maintain internal records and procedures to accurately reflect market and procedural changes.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Basic knowledge of dividend income and tax.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy under strict deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
- Technical knowledge of international tax laws and regulations.
- Ability to develop innovative and creative solutions to complex issues.
- Experience with Alteryx, UIPath, or other low code tools.
- Strong team player with adaptability to changing business needs.
