Job Description

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Strategy and Business Leadership: Implement the PDS leadership team's strategic initiatives, driving growth and innovation in alignment with JLL’s objectives and market needs.
  • P&L Management: Oversee the full business cycle from RFP to project completion. Ensure seamless operations, timely invoicing, and effective resource deployment to maximize profitability.
  • Team Structure and Capability Management: Develop a balanced team to meet business demands, facilitating proactive hiring and continuous optimization of team dynamics.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, leading stakeholder meetings and managing project changes to sustain high client satisfaction.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify and mitigate risks, enforce health and safety standards, and drive continual improvements through best practices and technology adoption.
  • Corporate Governance and Risk Management: Collaborate with the Commercial Governance and Legal teams on bids, ensuring excellence in corporate governance and compliance.
  • Financial Stewardship: Craft strategic budgets, analyze financial performance, and implement initiatives to enhance profitability while reporting to senior leadership.
  • People Management and Development: Lead talent development, recruitment, and retention strategies, fostering an innovative and balanced workplace.
  • Project Oversight and Delivery: Guide project teams in delivering projects on-time and within budget, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Business Development and Market Positioning: Cultivate client relationships and enhance JLL's market presence through strategic marketing and business acquisition.
  • OneJLL Collaboration: Promote cross-functional collaboration to deliver comprehensive solutions and amplify client value propositions.

Required Qualifications: (Optional)

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Delivering Corporate/ Office Fit Out projects , with a focus on leadership within the real estate sector.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and leading diverse teams.
  • Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to drive innovation and strategic growth initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Preferred Qualifications: (Optional)

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or similar.
  • Experience with project management software and digital tools.
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices and emerging industry trends.
  • Experience leading multi-state or large-scale projects.
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive and innovative team culture.
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
