Role Description

Strong CRM background, understanding of email to case / system to case functionalities
Agile – mandatory
Strong comms and can work independently in a squad as an Agile BA
Documentation skills – being able to draft FSDs, User Stories, POCs.
Dynamics 365 experience is a plus – we can look for Dynamics functional consultant / technical consultant (that’s how we found Lavina and Gaurav).
AI experience – plus (GenAI, Copilot, Prompts writing)
