Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools to optimize software development workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable software solutions using Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Salesforce Omnistudio environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Salesforce ecosystems.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
