Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP Master Data Governance functionalities to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Ability to work with integration technologies and tools to connect SAP MDG with other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including agile practices.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to SAP MDG implementations.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
