- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of custom software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges to meet delivery timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to enterprise solutions.
- Experience in managing and guiding teams through complex software development lifecycles.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and ensuring high availability of software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
