Role Summary/Purpose-

Developing a world-class Revenue Management framework at Colgate Palmolive starts with you. You will have the unique opportunity to own the design and rollout of a high-impact improvement program, shaping the analytical tools and strategies that drive our commercial success. By mastering the 7 price levers and optimizing our global trade investments, you will influence growth across numerous retail environments and categories. This role is based in our corporate office, where you will lead the charge in integrating RGM into the very heart of our annual and monthly business cycles



Responsibilities-

  • Define and Design: Lead the creation and rollout of a comprehensive Revenue Management improvement program, including the identification and implementation of essential analytical tools.

  • Execute Strategic Projects: Manage diverse RM projects across various retail environments to capitalize on pricing, promo optimization, and trade terms effectiveness

  • Master Price Levers: Drive growth by managing the 7 key price levers, including non-promoted shelf price, mix, pack/size strategy, and cross-border pricing.

  • Commercial Analytics: Conduct deep-dive ROI assessments on distributor promotions, e-commerce media, and trade investments to identify significant savings and optimization opportunities.

  • Strategic Planning: Support the seamless integration of Revenue Management into annual planning and monthly reporting processes to ensure long-term financial health

  • Leadership & Facilitation: Lead high-impact RGM workshops for key categories to align stakeholders on sizing and pricing strategies.

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Commercial Finance, or Strategy Consulting.

  • Education: A qualified Chartered Accountant with Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.

  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, promo optimization, and trade architecture analytics.

  • Analytical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and financial modeling (e.g., Excel, Tableau, or Power BI)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: Prior experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.

  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional workshops and influence senior-level stakeholders.

  • Soft Skills: Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial strategies.

  • Strategic Vision: Experience managing e-commerce media ROI and financial assessments of visibility programs
