Deputy Product Manager - Digital

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

• Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital platforms (Mobile App & Web Portal)
• Lead requirement gathering, documentation, and solution discussions with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive system development, enhancements, and integrations with internal and external platforms
• Plan and track project milestones, timelines, and ensure timely delivery
• Work closely with development teams to prioritize and execute product roadmap
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure quality deliverables
• Coordinate for cybersecurity approvals and compliance requirements
• Manage production rollout, go-live activities, and hyper care support
• Oversee digital operations support, including tracking and resolving production issues
• Monitor platform health, SLA adherence, and system performance
• Manage SaaS vendors, including scope alignment and commercial negotiations (man days, effort estimation, etc.)
• Continuously gather, prioritize, and implement new business requirements and enhancements
• Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across business and technical teams

 

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product ownership / digital project management
• Prior experience in EV, mobility, SaaS platforms, or digital ecosystems is an advantage
• Preferred Education Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech), Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical or related field.
• BBA/MBA in Operations / Strategy / Systems / Product / IT Technology with relevant digital/product experience can also be considered.

Industry Preferred

• Exposure to EV Charging ecosystem or energy domain
• Understanding of system integrations and APIs

Qualifications
