What would you do? Own end-to-end governance, quality, and reuse of creative and marketing assets within the CX Hub (Project Marlin), operating as a seamless extension of the Client team. Ensures assets are compliant, discoverable, and production-ready to enable high-volume delivery across Marketing, C360, CLM and Insights.
What are we looking for? •DAM platforms and integrations with CMS / martech (e.g., Adobe AEM Assets, Bynder, Aprimo) Metadata strategy, taxonomy design, and governance for large-scale marketing operations Understanding of creative production workflows, traffic management, and multi-channel activation requirements Strong stakeholder management across onshore Client teams and offshore CX Hub pods; comfort with SLA/KPI-based delivery
Roles and Responsibilities: •Own CX Hub DAM operating standards: taxonomy, metadata, naming conventions, and asset lifecycle (create–review–publish–archive) Establish governance for rights, usage, expiry, and approvals to maintain brand, legal and regulatory compliance across all pods Enable ‘run-and-transform’ delivery by improving asset intake, ingestion, and reuse workflows to reduce cycle time and rework Partner with Creative Production, Traffic, Channel activation, and Martech teams to ensure assets are correctly formatted and available for execution Track and report CX Hub metrics (reuse rate, findability, compliance defects, time-to-publish) and drive continuous improvement
