What would you do? Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. What are we looking for? • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. • Delivering all NPIs projects on timely manner (to meet OTIF delivery, raise escalation at the right time to meet timeline) • Solid alignment to packaging guidelines in development of artwork to ensure smooth approval process • High accuracy on project system and ensuring it is kept up-to date • Ensuring 100% compliance on NPI project management • Ensuring governance requirements are met (creative asset management & LEX approvals ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Experience Required • Minimum 3-6 years of work experience in Marketing/ Brand or Project Management Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required • Strong Project Management skills • High organization skills • Strong Stakeholders management • Ability to maintain good relationship with cross functional team members • Good time management skills • Attention to detail • Able to embrace challenging situations and resolve conflicts • Strong in problem-solving • Strong communicator & good in relationship building • Resilient, flexible and reliable team player who acts in the best interest of the department and company. • Experience in MS Excel, MS Project & PowerPoint Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required • A graduate in Marketing Business Management or Project Management. Roles and Responsibilities: • Responsible for NPI management & champion the Brand NPI process to deliver projects and activities within the product development/cycle plan, which requires the coordination of internal and external partners to support delivery of the commercial vision for the product. • Develop & execute project briefs, enabling product/ packaging development and ensures high priorities projects are proceeding according to timelines • Effective cross-functional stakeholder management to facilitate delivery of core business priorities • Ensure adherence to governance protocols related to product, packaging & comms development (LEX, EMF cycle deliverables, IBG/RSU, RPC, Supply Chain & End Market) • Work with internal stakeholders to improve the accuracy & quality of project brief and highlight any project risks or issues and ensuring escalation within time for all new categories NPI projects • SKU rationalization & Product Optimization execution support (FBS Waivers included) • Creative asset management •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
