Digital Platform Associate

1. Expert in capital markets, wealth and asset management
2. Work closely with the internal business team and vendors to document Business Requirements.
3. Documentation: Documenting project requirements, progress, and outcomes to ensure stakeholders are informed and to enable future analysis and improvement.
4. Building features/workflows which are better than the competition. 
5. Project management: Managing projects related to business process improvement, system implementation, or other initiatives to improve business performance.
6. Testing and validation: Testing and validating proposed solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and achieve desired outcomes.
7. Keeping a critical eye on system usability and user experience in general to come up with simple ideas/features that could make the system easier to implement, configure, set up, use, and maintain
   
8. Opportunity to work on fintech features like account aggregator, spare change investments, WhatsApp banking & more; knowledge in these areas is a plus. 
9. Communication and collaboration: Communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives, progress, and outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
