Junior Dynamics 365 Support Analyst

Location Mumbai, India

Role purpose

We are seeking a motivated Junior D365 Support Analyst to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for users navigating our integrated Project Management environment. This role is perfect for someone who understands the basics of Customer Engagement (CE) but is eager to learn the complexities of Finance & Operations (F&O) integration.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• User Support: Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for D365 CE (Project Operations/Sales) and basic F&O inquiries.

• System Maintenance: Monitor Dual-write health and resolve synchronization errors between CE and F&O.

• App Configuration: Assist in the maintenance of Model-driven apps and Canvas apps used by project teams.

• Automation: Troubleshoot and update existing Power Automate flows to ensure business processes remain seamless.

• Documentation: Create "How-to" guides for end-users to reduce recurring support tickets.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

• Dynamics 365 CE: 1–2 years of experience (Project Management/PSA modules preferred).

• Power Platform: Basic hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Integrations: Exposure to or a strong desire to learn Dual-write and Dataverse.

• Problem Solving: A "detective" mindset to find why a record didn't sync or why a flow failed.

• F&O Awareness: Familiarity with the F&O interface is a significant plus.
