The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology-related costs, and identifying key value drivers. Additionally, the position requires developing and deploying advanced technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that clients achieve strategic and operational excellence through innovative technology adoption and integration.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience in designing and implementing data transformation processes within enterprise platforms.
- Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with enterprise platform architecture and integration methodologies.
