As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that include multiple technology platforms. The role requires providing strategic advice on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements innovative technology assets tailored to specific industries or functions, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful transformation initiatives and alignment with organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of technology strategies that align with enterprise objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platform advisory principles and best practices.
- Experience in technology cost optimization and value lever identification.
- Ability to develop and implement industry- and function-specific technology assets.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
