Project Role : Enterprise Solution Architect
Project Role Description : Lead the development of complex solutions across multi-tower and/or multi- service transformational opportunities. Architect end-to-end integrated solutions leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities to maximize value for the client and Accenture. Ensure alignment of solution to client’s organization goals.

Summary:
As an Enterprise Solution Architect, you will lead the development of intricate solutions that span multiple towers and service areas within transformational opportunities. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring that the best mix of offerings and capabilities is utilized to deliver maximum value. You will engage in strategic discussions, analyze complex requirements, and guide your team in executing innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Around 12-15 years of Experience
- Good to have knowledge and solutioned on the below areas of CPQ:
- Configuration, Commerce, Pricing, Approvals, Integration, State Transitions
- Must have minimum 3-4 end to end project implementation experience in Oracle CPQ
- Must have a complex integration experience
- Must have experience in managing resources for successful delivery of project.
- Good to have experience with other oracle cloud integrated applications like HCM, ERP, SFDC, Commerce Cloud.
- Experience in continuous integration and development


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud (Big Machines).
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
